A Sassy Mama fave since our littlies were only just learning to walk, GIM Sports (the very apt abbreviation of “Gymnastics in Motion”) is an old faithful for classes that improve strength, flexibility and coordination in little ones. Mixing floor-work with old-school gymnastics equipment, their friendly instructors give kids the confidence they need to improve their motor skills and abilities in the gym (and we love that they still offer their PlayGym sessions for teeny tinies on Monday and Friday mornings — these unstructured free play sessions are perfect for active little wrigglers!).
